Friday Food Flicks — A Food-Inspired Photo Link Up for 2-17-12

Welcome to Friday Food Flicks where, together, we will curate cool food-related photos and videos. Please share your food flicks here.

We really enjoyed checking out the entries from last week, but with our heart-friendly Omega 3 theme around here these days (with Valentine’s Day and all), we’re giving the nod to three seafood dishes — haddock with herb lemon butter, coconut seafood medley, and baked garlic tomato salmon.

This month, we will be posting more on Omega 3 foods and have some big Omega 3 resources planned in the coming months.

    This week I’m sharing my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how I make sprouted flour from whole grains. It’s all a part of my transition back to grains after doing GAPS.

    I’m also sharing my first sprouted flour recipe which is my recipe for HEART TARTS. They are little heart-shaped hand pies, a Valentine’s Day tradition around here :)
