Welcome to another Friday and another photo-inspired link up.

In case you missed it, we have a Mother’s Day giveaway going on this week and the great news is that everyone wins. Go get your free copy of my phytic acid white paper or my iron rich foods digital book. If you are a food data junkie, you will love these products and you cannot do much better than “free.” Read the details.

Another project for the week is the big reveal of data on nutrient decline in small garden crops. Broccoli today just ain’t what it used to be. Check it out.

On your posts from last week, I must admit that I’m on a diet and you guys are killing me. Truly, I don’t know if I can keep hosting this link up if you guys are going to be posting this stuff. Just leave it at that and click through the pictures. :)

Now, share your post!

Inspire some sort of emotion in us with your flick:
Mmmmm!:” Good food!
Awwww!:” Cute kids, eating, cooking, or gardening!
Ewwww!:” Industrial food!
Oooooo!:” Great idea!
Or best yet: a big belly laugh.

If your flick is of professional quality, you might inspire a bit of envy too, but it is not required. :)

I’m honored that you chose my post again this week! Thank you! THis week I posted a recipe for homemade sloppy joes (no seasoning packet involved.) Disclaimer: It was a total mistake but turned out very yummy.

The other post is one that got a discussion going on FB regarding detoxing from drinking Kombucha. Didn’t think it was that controversial, but apparently it is ???? Bizarre.

  18. Hi and thanks for hosting!

This week I’m sharing my recipe for Hibiscus Tea. Sipping a frosty iced tea is one of the simple joys of summer, and hibiscus elevates the experience to sublime refreshment.

    Enjoy!

Thanks Emily! Hibiscus tea is awesome.

  19. Today I am sharing my Quick Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce. It’s so easy to whip up in the blender and serve over pasta, bread, quinoa, or another dinner item.
