It’s another Friday Food Flicks and, apparently, another month as well. I just don’t know how that happens. We’ve been working somewhat manically around here creating the foundation for a website on calcium foods and if that isn’t evidence of mania, then this surely is: We are creating a version of the iron website en Español. You can see that it is under construction and won’t be ready for prime time for another month or so. A Spanish version of the site makes sense living in an area with high rates of iron deficiencies among Hispanics but I did not appreciate the problems Latin accented characters would cause in all of my data systems. (These sites are based in part on nutrient data from the USDA.) I keep having those moments of, “God, if I make it through, I promise not to do it again….” (God shakes his head.)

From last week, thank you for the great contributions. You must try these recipes:

Now, share your post!

Inspire some sort of emotion in us with your flick:
Mmmmm!:” Good food!
Awwww!:” Cute kids, eating, cooking, or gardening!
Ewwww!:” Industrial food!
Oooooo!:” Great idea!
Or best yet: a big belly laugh.

If your flick is of professional quality, you might inspire a bit of envy too, but it is not required. :)
